Did you Experienced on Smart and TNT not turning on the data,not showing icon in statusbar,no LTE/4G/3G/2G icon thats sign of your sim is block.
For USB dongle or Pocket WiFi users, when you try to connect to the dashboard, you'll be prompted for "redial connection". Well you're Smart sim might be blocked
To Avoid the Block simply
- Limit your data usage on settings set 500mb limit or less
- Do not download big files like movies,heavy files,or even a high graphics
- Limit watching videos on youtube,dailymotion or any streaming site that consume more internet usage
How to:
- If you are using android phone, simply goto settings and tap Data usage and click set Cellular Limit
- If you are using PC/Laptop use netcut software you can download the software here
Why smart/TNT block your sim?
- because smart/TNT limits 1gb per day
I message TNT because i experience block on my TNT Sim
Here is the message
"Ka-tropa, as checked sa iyong binigay na details na-detected ng aming system na ang iyong TNT mobile number na mayroong irregular usage sa iyong phone. Which may be an offense sa Smart’s policies/terms and conditions, we are sorry pero hindi namin mare-restore ang iyong data. We advice na mag-send ng written request with your signature, a photocopy of your valid government ID with picture, signature and contact number. Bumisita lamang sa pinakamalapit na Smart store sa iyong area upang makapag-submit ng mga requirements. Please monitor your account within 72 hours upon submission of complete documents."
